What BetSlip Doctor is

Entertainment and educational decision support only. This is not financial or gambling advice, does not guarantee outcomes, and should never be used to try to win back prior losses. Bet responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

Our reports are AI-generated second opinions: graded structure reads, risk flags, and research summaries. They are not predictions, not financial advice, not gambling advice, and never a guarantee of any outcome. Scores and probability ranges describe uncertainty, they do not remove it. AI output can be wrong; check anything that matters against the source before you act on it.

Eligibility and where we operate

BetSlip Doctor is offered in the United States only. You must be of legal sports-betting age in your jurisdiction (21+ in most U.S. states) to use it, and it is your responsibility to know whether sports betting is legal where you are. The app is not for anyone under 18 under any circumstances.

We never place a bet or hold your money

BetSlip Doctor does not accept, place, broker, or settle wagers, and never holds your funds. You can optionally connect a sportsbook account through our provider SharpSports so the app can read your betting history and grade your real record. That connection is read-only, neither we nor SharpSports can place a bet, deposit, withdraw, or move money in your sportsbook account, and your sportsbook password never reaches us.

Where your sportsbook supports it, the app can hand a slip you built over to that sportsbook’s own app or site with the selections filled in. Nothing is wagered by that handoff: you review, confirm, and pay inside the sportsbook, under the sportsbook’s terms, and odds, availability, and limits there are theirs, not ours. Disconnect a book any time in the app.

The community feed: your content and our rules

The feed is user-generated. Posting is optional, and anything you post, your handle, your slips, your captions, your comments, is public to other people using the app.

Your content stays yours. By posting a slip, a caption, or a comment, you confirm it is yours to post and you grant BetSlip Doctor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it inside the app and its feed. That licence ends when the content comes down, except for copies we must keep for moderation or legal records.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

There is no tolerance here for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Do not post:

• Harassment, threats, bullying, or targeting another user.
• Hate speech or slurs, anything attacking people over race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Sexual or pornographic content, or graphic violence.
• Impersonation of another person, a sportsbook, or BetSlip Doctor.
• Spam, promo codes, referral or affiliate offers, links of any kind, or touting paid picks.
• Anyone else’s personal information, or your own contact details.
• Illegal content, or anything that promotes betting to people under the legal age.
• Content designed to get around these rules or a block, ban, or removal.

We filter posts, comments, and handles automatically at the moment they are submitted, profanity and slurs, promotional and referral copy, links, and personal contact details are rejected before anything is published. Filtering is not perfect, which is why reporting exists.

Reporting and blocking

Any post or comment can be reported from the app, and any account can be blocked so you stop seeing its content. Content that draws repeated reports is hidden from the feed automatically while we look at it. We review reports and act on them, normally within 24 hours. You can also email support@betslipdoctor.ai and we will respond.

Enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, without notice for serious or repeated violations. A terminated account loses access to the feed and to any remaining paid period; subscription refunds for App Store purchases are still Apple’s to grant, as below. You can take down your own posts at any time from the app; to have a comment removed, report it or email support@betslipdoctor.ai.

Subscription, cancellation & refunds

BetSlip Doctor is sold as three auto-renewing monthly subscriptions: Checkup, Doctor, and Resident. Each renews automatically every month until you cancel. The price for your region is shown on the subscription screen in the app and on the App Store product page before you buy, and again in the App Store confirmation, that displayed price is the one that governs.

• On iOS, billing is handled by Apple through your Apple Account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and renews at the same price each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions (or in the App Store: tap your account, then Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, access continues until then, and no further charges follow.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com , we cannot issue refunds for Apple-billed charges directly. For anything else, write support@betslipdoctor.ai.
• App Units are included with your subscription on rolling 5-hour and weekly limits, and the allowance differs by plan. They are consumed only by in-app analysis features such as scans, Doctor chat, odds, picks, slip photo reads, and Deep Research: they have no cash value and cannot be wagered, transferred, or redeemed for money or prizes.
• Legacy web subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe at the price shown at checkout, auto-renewing until canceled via the billing portal on your account.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app, or by writing support@betslipdoctor.ai. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel App Store billing, cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions to stop renewals. Exactly what deletion removes, anonymizes, and keeps is set out in our privacy policy.

What we don’t promise

The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a report is accurate, that odds or lines shown are current, that an imported sportsbook history is complete, or that the service is uninterrupted. Odds move, sportsbooks reprice and void bets under their own rules, and data providers go down. Every betting decision is yours, and so is every loss.

Changes to these terms

If we change how the app works in a way these terms describe, we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
