What is BetSlip Doctor?
Entertainment and educational decision support only. This is not financial or gambling advice, does not guarantee outcomes, and should never be used to try to win back prior losses. Bet responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can use the free Quick Checks and browse the app without registering. Creating a profile is optional and just personalizes your rankings. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account, so there’s no separate sign-up required to purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or open the App Store, tap your account photo, then Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep access until then and aren’t charged again.
How do I get a refund?
All App Store purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds for Apple-billed charges directly, but email us at support@betslipdoctor.ai if you need help and we’ll point you the right way.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account to erase your data. You can also email support@betslipdoctor.ai to request deletion. Note that canceling a subscription and deleting your data are separate, cancel billing in iOS Settings as described above.
The app shows an error or a purchase won’t go through
First make sure you’re signed into the App Store and have a valid payment method, then try again. If it persists, email support@betslipdoctor.ai with your device, iOS version, and a screenshot of the error and we’ll sort it out.
